How long will it take to get my results?

We typically expect a review to be completed in 3-4 weeks. Here is the breakdown of the different steps:

Initial Setup

Once we have received your Board Evaluation Setup form with your users' email addresses and the review information we will complete your setup within 48 hours.

Collecting Responses

We will open the questionnaires for responses and trigger invitation emails on the date specified by you.  We normally suggest setting a deadline for responses 2 weeks after the start date to give respondents ample time to complete.

We also suggest you allow a few extra days to chase outstanding responses after the review.

Reporting

Reports are available as soon as questionnaires start to be submitted.  However you will need to wait until you have received all responses before you start analysing your reports as the picture can change as more questionnaires are submitted.

The automated summary report has been designed to provide a ready-to-use report that can be used and shared immediately.  However if you would prefer to use Thinking Board's suite of charts to create your own report then you should allow some extra time.
